SOME INFORMATION

Well Milan and I finally made it back safely to Virginia. I feel like I have been on vacation now for a couple months. It has been crazy. We had a lot of fun in Utah. We were able to do a lot of fun things while visiting family and friends. Milan and I went to a family reunion and we rented a car and drove to Greenville Utah and stayed a couple nights with Great Grandma. We went to Cedar City and were amazed at how much it has changed. Still glad that I don't live there anymore. (no offense to those of you who might still be there) We were able to see my best friend Shirelle 3 different times. We had a lot of fun visiting with you Shirelle. Thanks for the Elvis stuff, I am a big fan!!!!!!!!!!! Milan ate all the candies today. :) You are so beautiful!!!!! We went to Idaho and visited with Great Grandpa Shepherd, and had some wonderful garden tomatos and ate some great uncle Mike food and aunt Kathy. And thanks to my brother Adam he let me drive his dune buggy, (sorry I killed it). The battery was dead and I didn't shift right so we had fun getting stuck on the highway away from everyone. We didn't have much luck pushing the thing. Thanks to aunt Kathy she saved us. Milan loved seeing the horse and even petting it when she got the nerve. Then thanks so much Melissa for changing my hair color to brown once again. I will forever be changing my hair color all the time! Thanks so much for letting us stay at your home many nights. We had a blast with you. Thanks for saving me from all the scary spiders in your basement. Also one night while driving back from Melissa's to Brigham city my mom had to help Milan get back into her carseat and my cell phone ended up in a pool of water. :( My phone died before I came home. So now I have to get a new one. Thanks dad for giving us rides to WalMart more than you wanted to. We had a lot of laughes. I also got to visit with another great friend Heidi. We had a lot of fun seeing you and swimming in your pool. I will never forget the look of Milan's little eyes when she stepped off the step and realized she couldn't touch the bottom without going under the water. OOOPS!!! Also I won't forget the night we had to call poison cotrol. :) Why do kids think they can eat sun screen? Why are moms so paranoid? While in Utah I also was able to go to a mission companion's wedding reception. It was great and she looked beautiful. My child wouldn't sit still so I didn't even get to enjoy all the beautiful food. :( But when I was leaving I ran in to my mission president. It was such a happy thing for me to see him. He was so happy to see me and looked righ into my eyes and said, "you look radiant, and very happy." It was so great to see him. He is a wonderful man!!!!!!!!! On the way home from Utah we sat next to Kid haters. Milan threw a terrible tantrum because she was so tired that they all looked at me with the look like why can't you control your child. I glared back at them and told myself if they did that look again I would say something. I said a big prayer and it didn't happen again. I am glad cause I really was going to get mad at them.
It was a great trip and I am so glad to see everyone. I will miss you all. Oh yeah another great news from the trip. The day before we came home Milan used the toilet for the first time!!! She is using it at home as well. We went and bought her new panties. She is so excited for them. It was such an eventful time in Utah!
