So tonight we went out to dinner. I just didn't feel like making anything. It was fun to spend time together as a family. After we came home I had to take these pictures of the girls. Sofia has gotten really smiley the past few weeks. Every time I try to take a picture of her she puts her hands in front of her face. This is a good one of her you can tell she is happy.
Sofia is almost 4 months now. Time sure flies by so fast. She is doing so well with head control and can even sit up with the help of the pillow behind her. She is doing so well and has great upper body control.
Sofia always has this look on her face, "I am happy and soooo cool."

Milan loves her baby Sofia. I didn't even have to tell her to get in the picture and put her arm around her. When she saw that I was taking pictures she was right there posing herself. Milan is such a sweet little girl and full of love. Today we had a family come over we met through Sofia's physical therapist. They are the Bates family. They have the most adorable little girl Samantha who has downs. It was so fun to met them and I look forward to getting to know them more. It's so nice to have people around who can support each other and learn from their experiences. I am also looking forward to December when we can go to the annual DSNVA Christmas party. It will be fun to get more involved in this organization. I feel it will help me to be more informed about how to care for my baby as she grows.

Oh how sweet.. Sofia is growing up so fast, kind of sad that by the time we see her she will be running around.. :( Your girls are so adorable!!!

Thanks, Amy--as I'd mentioned before, it was great to meet you all, too! I am sooooo amazed at Sofia's upper body strength and head control. Wow!
The DSANV party will be a fun experience for you (slightly hectic, but fun!).
