I FIGURED OUT MY LAPTOP

So I figured out how to download pictures from my camera to my laptop.  As you can see I finally added some new pictures of the girls.  I am so happy about this.  It is still hard to figure out a little since my laptop is a Mac and my home computer is a PC.  I have had the mac for awhile but I don't use it that much.  I need to change that!

Tonight I made something for dinner I have never made before.  Have you ever gone to PF CHANGS'?  They have the best lettuce wraps.  Well I was at the store yesterday and found a free recipe card for Grilled Thai lettuce wraps.  They were so yummy that I wanted to share how to make.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
2/3 cups bottled peanut sauce
2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. apple juice
1 lb chicken tenderloins
Cook Time: 6 minutes
3/4 cup matchstick or shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced sugar snap peas
1/4 cup chopped green onion
6 large iceberg lettuce leaves
1.Combine peanut sauce, soy sauce and apple juice in small bowl.  Reserve 1/2 cup.  Pour remainder in resealable plastic bag.  Add chicken, seal bag, and toss to coat.  Set aside.
2.Cook chicken in a sauce pan. (I precut the chicken in small pieces).
3.Combine chicken, carrots, sugar snap peas, onion and reserved peanut sauce mixture in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.
4.Place chicken mixture evenly in 6 lettuce leaves and serve.
5. I also added some almonds on top for a crunch factor.

ENJOY!

We're thinking about going for a Mac laptop! We have a Mac desktop and Pc laptop and now that the laptop is toast... We're thinking about converting completely.

I've never been to PF Chang's, but we had Thai Wraps at Cheesecake Factory recently and they were amazing!!!

Yum. I am going to try these this weekend. LOVE PF changs. Cooking Light.com also has a good recipe, I think they are called "asian lettuce wraps". Thanks for the recipe!
